Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ManifestOS ("the Service"), a daily practice for the Law of Assumption. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ManifestOS.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• Accounts are for a single person and may not be shared.
• Tell us at hello@manifestos.app right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

ManifestOS offers recurring subscription plans and a one-time Lifetime plan. Pricing is shown clearly before you purchase.

• Immediate billing. Paid plans are charged at checkout. Every plan is backed by our 7-day money-back guarantee — see Refunds below.
• Automatic renewal. Recurring plans renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the period you have paid for.
• Lifetime plan. A one-time purchase billed immediately.
• Price changes. We will give you notice before any change to your recurring price takes effect.

NevilleCoach is an optional add-on sold as a separate subscription, available alongside any plan (including Lifetime). It is billed on its own recurring cycle, includes a monthly message allowance, and can be cancelled independently of your main plan. Purchasing a ManifestOS plan does not include NevilleCoach.

If you are not satisfied, email hello@manifestos.app with "Refund Request" in the subject within 7 days of your first payment for a given purchase and we will refund it. This applies to first-time charges; renewals after the first period are generally non-refundable, though we review reasonable requests case by case. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

You own the desires, scenes, affirmations, vision boards, revisions, and evidence you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content so we can operate the Service for you. You can export or delete your content at any time. We will not use your private practice content for marketing without your permission.

The ManifestOS platform, software, design, and the ManifestOS and NevilleCoach names and logos are our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer our systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its generated content commercially.
• Abuse, harass, or harm others, or misuse support channels.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

ManifestOS is a personal-development and mindset practice. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified provider.

ManifestOS provides tools and techniques to support your practice; it does not promise any specific result. Manifestation is personal, and outcomes depend on your own consistent practice. Any examples or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same.

We work to keep ManifestOS reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManifestOS and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice and a chance to cure where practical, except in cases of unlawful activity. After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ManifestOS is established, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us first, it will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email and update the date above before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
